First up and ready for action, 3 year old Twelve Rounds has produced a sensational performance to defeat the older horses down the straight over 1000m at Pinjarra yesterday.
In a scintillating time of 57.8secs for the journey, the Not A Single Doubt gelding was magnificentally handled by loyal stable jockey Craig "Bullet" Staples to sit on the pace. When he asked for the effort over the final 100m, the gelding responed to fight them off strongly.
After wiinning as a 2 year old, the gelding has had a few minor issues, however, he is now back to full health and delivering on his early potential.
