Savabeel is by the champion stallion Zabeel and hails from classic Sir Tristram sire line. This stallion was recommended to Michael and Chris by champion trainer Peter Moody – the Savabeel progeny are really starting to produce. He has a fantastic strike rate of not only winners to runners but also stakes winners to runners. As a racehorse Savabeel did what very few have been able to achieve in winning the Weight For Age Classic of the world, The Cox Plate as a three year old.
This colt is very athletic and is a horse we are excited about aiming towards the WA Guineas as a three year old. He is such a beautiful walker and has real presence about him.
