Bourne Supremacy (Jason) has followed up his sensational win at Ascot two weeks ago with another dominant display over 1000m at Belmont on Saturday.
Beautifully positioned again by jockey Jarrad Noske, Jason swept past them from third at the turn to win comfortably by 1.5 lengths, coming home his last 600m in 33.4secs.
It was great to see many of the owners down at the track and yet again the Gangemi Racing group showed them how to celebrate!
Since his purchase as a maiden from our friends at Arrowfield Stud, Jason has now had 12 runs for 5 wins and 3 seconds. He has now earned over $170,000 and continues to move up the ratings into open class company. We certainly see him matching up with the best sprinters in the coming weeks.
